Joined CKC in 2008 as Development Head Coach and became CEO in 2015. An ECB Level 3 Coach and coach educator, Ratan conceptualises and manages all of CKC's cricket-development programmes across London and has built strategic partnerships with the ECB, County Cricket Boards, MCC and Chance to Shine. He previously served as National Coach for Bangladesh and Malaysia, and received the National Award for Developing Grassroots Cricket at the Asian Cricket Awards 2016.

Joe has been associated with CKC since the age of 10, taking part in many CKC projects and programmes including club cricket, competitions and residential trips to Arundel and Ampleforth. He began working part-time for CKC in 2015 and has since become Operations and Development Manager, overseeing our staff and projects.

Jerry joined CKC in 2010 as a full-time coach and has been an outstanding coach and role model to many, both on programmes and in the community. He previously played cricket professionally in New Zealand and jointly holds a world record for the most cricket coaching sessions delivered to school children (July 2019).

Denise has been involved with CKC since 2000 and became a full-time coach in 2010, specialising in hospital schools and SEND children and adults — starting with Great Ormond Street Hospital 16 years ago. She was a torch bearer in the Paralympics and has received recognition including the National Chance to Shine No Boundaries Award 2019.

A former participant at West Ham & Stratford CC, Manav joined CKC in March 2023 as an Intern Development Coach on a Jack Petchey funded programme. He completed his ECB Core Coach course in April 2023 and now delivers coaching in primary schools, secondary schools, clubs and other challenging environments, alongside administrative duties on various CKC projects.

Development Coach focused on growing cricket for women and girls across CKC's schools, clubs and community programmes.

Roquib joined CKC in 2018 and is a fundamental pillar of the charity, supporting the background activities of CKC. He assists with invoicing, the event calendar, website management, marketing, promotion, video and content editing, and supports research for the annual impact report.
